Not enough pictures. Any additional feedback? Delegate Access, I could add the same person, but in my dialog box, the "Permissions" button was greyed out. Additionally, for both of us, the radio buttons "Deliver meeting requests We worked around this problem but going to the properties of our callendar and contacts and setting her rights there.
This worked, and was reflected in the "Delegation" dialog box. So, something just doesn't seem right here. Not sure if this could be related. Create a new profile test this issue, If this problem does not occur in the new Outlook profile, the old Outlook is corrupted.

Hope that helps. The Permissions button is unavailable if your e-mail delivery is set to a personal folder instead of a Mailbox on the Microsoft Exchange Server. Please Change the Delivery location to your Exchange Mailbox. Note: If you want to use the Delegate Access feature, your mail must be delivered to your mailbox on the server, not to a personal folders file on your hard disk.
