Skydrive pro stuck syncing files

I am only having the issue in my Camera Roll directory, new files get added from my phone but never get downloaded on the windows 10 box. I have no issues on my windows 8.

I have tried everything in this thread, including letting it download everything again, with no luck.

User's post on July 2, I have the same issue as the original poster, and the reset didn't do anything - it got hung up at more-or-less the same spot - Downloading Build - stuck when I attempt to decide what folders to sync. Same issue Onedrive sync just sits at "Downloading I have gb worth of Onedrive files, so a full reset isn't an option unless it'll just let me keep my local directory and try to resync anything that isn't there vs pulling all gb down again, which would likely take until Christmas :.
